Please contact us if you do not have a parent portal account and would like to set one up. Please make sure your email address, name, username, and other demographic information is current and up to date, as we use this information to verify your identity when you contact us. Please contact the secretary of your student's building if you need to change or update your email or demographic information. If you need password assistance, please email r7technology@jr7.k12.mo.us or the secretary for your student's building. We will send you a temporary password, which you will use as your "old" password when you make a new one.
We have enabled password reset self-service. You should see the option to reset your password next to the login fields on this page. If you get a message about an account security email when you try to log in or reset your password, that refers to the email address you want your temporary password sent to. Please enter that and your password and click save (if you have a temporary password that will work, it will then take you to the password reset page). There will not be a pop up confirmation. You will need to click the link in the email that will be sent to you to verify your security email. To see or change your account security email, once you log in click the person icon to the top right and navigate to account settings. Please email r7technology@jr7.k12.mo.us if you need assistance.
