Please contact us if you do not have a parent portal account and would like to set one up. Please make sure your email address, name, username, and other demographic information is current and up to date, as we use this information to verify your identity when you contact us. Please contact the secretary of your student's building if you need to change or update your email or demographic information. If you need password assistance, please email r7technology@jr7.k12.mo.us or the secretary for your student's building. We will send you a temporary password, which you will use as your "old" password when you make a new one.
We have enabled password reset self-service, but it requires setup. The forgot password button needs an account security email, the address you want your temporary password sent to. You should be prompted to enter one as you log in (including with a temporary password), there will not be a pop up confirmation. If you are not prompted, you can see or change your account security email once you are logged in by clicking the person icon in the top right and navigating to account settings. You will need to click the link in the verification email that will be sent to you to complete the process. If you need the verification email resent, that can also be found in account settings. Please email r7technology@jr7.k12.mo.us if that isn't working.
